BrokerBlocker.ae ("BrokerBlocker", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and store your information when you use our mobile application, BrokerBlocker.ae UAE (the "App").

We collect several types of information from and about users of the App: 

  1. Phone number: Used for user account creation, verification (OTP), and identification purposes.
  2. Email address: Used for password resets and communication.
  3. Name: Used for user account creation and identification purposes.
  4. Images (User profile photo, when profile photo feature is enabled)

  3. Nature of the Device: Device type (phone, tablet, etc.)

  5. App Version 
  1. Caller IDs of callers manually reported as spam by the user. We do not collect call logs automatically.


How We Use Your Information 
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: 

 

Image Collection

BrokerBlocker collects and stores profile photos (if the profile photo feature is enabled) uploaded by users to personalize their user experience and display the photo across devices they are logged in to. 

BrokerBlocker will store your uploaded profile photo to display it across devices you are logged in to. You can manage your profile photo in your account settings.


Prominent Disclosure Regarding Call Log Information
BrokerBlocker does not access or upload your entire call log. We only access your call log under the following circumstances:

We will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us. We will take steps to delete the information from our servers.
